    reached a plateau, any suggestions?

    I am halfway through week 7 of the following cycle (2nd cycle)

    first 30 days: dbol 40mg
    1-12 deca 400mg
    1-14 test-e 625mg

    I started at 5'9 182lbs and I am now 196lbs first thing in the morning. I seem to have been stuck here for almost 4 weeks now. I am very satisfied with the way I look and I look really big. Everyone accuses me of roiding. However, I have hit a plateau. Should I up my diet with a 500 calorie increase in the form of extra protein and carbs?

    Yeah you need to remember that your not 182lbs anymore, your 196lbs, therefore your calorie intake must increase...

    Hell yeah man..... you're up a decent ammount of weight, some probably water, but the new weight means you are eating for maintenance now. I'd def up the calories and see how it goes.....

    youre at the point now, where a plateau usually hits. so the fact that youve hit one 4 weeks ago, is leading me to believe your diet couldve used some tweaking quite awhile ago. i would definitely add some calories.

    I was only quicker cus my arms arnt as big as your so i could type quicker...

    you're right I should have tweaked it and increased calories a while ago. I guess I was afraid to put on fat since my bloated stomach sometimes made me look like I was carrying fat that was actually water. I guess I will increase from 3600 to 4000. I usually am not used to eating this many calories without putting on a lot of fat.

    ya totally understandable. no sense worrying about it now, all you can do is try and make the best of it now. good luck.

    if youre worried about fat, try to add clean calories like protein.
