ok let me start by saying i need some real info, now i am a newbie to the steriod world & all though i have just started working out again as of a few weeks ago let me say that working is nothing new to me this being said i would really apprecate if some one could please answer a couple of questions for me.
If i oder on here from this site how safe is it , will i have to sign for it?? can i use a pre paid credit card as using my own prob... isn't the smart way to go about it. Today I want you to stock up on food like chicken breast, brown rice, eggs, steaks, Yogurt, pototatoes, n stuff like that. Start eating 6 meals a day, they dont have to be big meals but have a good amount of protein and carbs in each meal. Work out like a mad man. You cant just jump into steroids because it could be dangerous. Youll need to post your stats next.
