Just want to say hi and introduce myself. I am 42 y/o, 5'9" and 200 lb. I have been in the gym pretty much my entire adult life. I recently retired frm the military and had never enough time to dedicate to getting bigger, now I do. I have used on and off over the years pro-h's but they don't quite give the results I am looking for. There is alot of great info on this site and I am here to learn!!
