    What to work on

    Hey guys, just uploading some pics to see what I need to work on and getting feedback. I obv need to lean out a bit more as I still have substantial bf, maybe 14%, whats your estimate? I am not exactly where want to be with proportions I think I need to work on my core and delts, what do you guys think?

    You need to work everything bro. You don't really have anything that stands out in those pics. If you were more lean you'd def look much better, believe me that's the goal i'm striving for too.

    You're not a skinny guy, you have some muscle under the fat. You just need to get the bodyfat down, and then start a body recomp.

    you need to work on puttin the beer down n pickin up a bottle of water lol the pics dont really show us anything, you need to take a few pics of ur front, side, and back relaxed for us to get a good look at what you need to "work on". for now you def need to lean out, check out the diet section. you can carb cycle or use keto like i did. good luck with the transformation!

    ^^X2, You are probably closer to 20% bodyfat as well. At that level you cant really tell what you need to work on because you cant see much of the actual muscle. Head to the diet section ( I know,,,boring) but you really need to get that dialed in before you are going to see any appreciable gains.

    I say, bulk like a mofo, and hit us up with this thread, in 6 months. You can use a bit more mass. Eat CLEAN, but eat and lift, like its your job. Go with heavy sets, in the 6-8 rep range, including slow, forced reps with the aid of a spotter. Find that dark place, in your mind, to push harder than you ever have before. Do not neglect the legs! A clean diet, with these kind of intense workouts and the increase in BMR, that will come with the added muscle, will lower your BF some. And, yeah, ease up on the cold beer. That's my opinion, anyway.
