Hey everyone im bout to start my first cycle of test whats a good workout to gain size and strength im 20 years old 6'2 155 pound 11percent body fat thats a guess,I take protien in the morning and before i goto sleep i take no explode before i workout and cellmass after i workout and protien bars between meal What should i correct and what workout routine should i use while on steroids to get the most out of them and is it ok if i cardio.
