    Post Good work out on testosterone

    Hey everyone im bout to start my first cycle of test whats a good workout to gain size and strength im 20 years old 6'2 155 pound 11percent body fat thats a guess,I take protien in the morning and before i goto sleep i take no explode before i workout and cellmass after i workout and protien bars between meal What should i correct and what workout routine should i use while on steroids to get the most out of them and is it ok if i cardio.

    x100 sets bench press
    1000 sit ups
    flex in front of mirror for 5 hours as cardio
    Repeat each day


    Edit: I'll be nice, at 6'2 155, your diet is lacking, get a meal plan, count those calories, start off with 3500/day (which will probably be a lot for you) and increase them over time. At your level, you just want to focus on compound movements, using the big muscles, release that growth hormone. Squat bench and power clean... Everyone on the board will say at your level don't use steroids, but most people don't seem to listen to them, so if your going to use them(if which you are completely stupid), this plan would still be the best bet on a cycle as well. Look up "Bill Starr Routine".

    You got to eat bro. NO explode is worthless. Stop buying supplements (except maybe for protein powder for PWO) and spend that money at the grocery store. Eat plenty of carbs and total high calories. Eat at least 8oz peanut butter each day. Minimize cardio, you need those calories to grow

    Dude at your age you still have ALOT of growing left in you. Your test levels are still high at your age, and if you do roids, you're gonna **** yourself up for life.

    Man I know you're not gonna want to wait, but that's the best advice I can give. Get your training and diet down and then maybe you could consider it. I recommend during this time you do plenty of research and learn as much about AAS as possible. As for now you're just not ready imo.

    Yeah im a redneck Stallion good guess lol its all good though I just started working out you think i should wait on the test or should i just just stick to my diet and tke the test just to see the outcome or would you recommend me taking something else

    wake up:Twinlab Super Gainers Fuel Pro 1860 calories per serving
    morning:2 scrmbled eggs biscut gravy 3 sausages
    course meal:met ** chocalate doe cookies
    lunch:diff every day but itll be like chicken and dumplins and turnip greeens macronie and cheese and green bens stuff like that
    course:same everyday
    dinnerasta or spghatti
    is tht and ok diet

    well i can see that u like eating SAUSAGE LOL nothing wrong with that

    but in my opinion it needs work, u need more protein,fruit,veggies,some kinda dead fish

    lol i understand when should i consider steroids. See Im going into the navy seals ive past all the test but i dont wnt to go in thier looking all scronny lol im in great shape but i want to alittle bigger like 180 and that would be fine with me

    i wouldnt recommend u use steroids until at least 170 minimuml, steroids are not candy, if u dont have ur diet in check ull lose all ur gains buddy diet is more important than juice.

    Have you tried anything like creatine or any over the counter stuff like that?
    I know that I personally got some good gains off it long before trying roids and so did some friends of mine.
    You're only 20 and very lightweight... there's still a lot of things to try before steroids.
    Don't just take the "shortcut" because you're going to do some real damage to yourself.

    I think you might be concentration on supplements a litlle too much, head over too the diet section i think itll be more beneficial for you.

    I'd say if there's any supplement you're going to spend money on it should be a weight gainer maybe.

    Smile Meal plan

    Breakfast:1.5 cups raw oatmeal
    1 cup skim milk
    1 TBS flax oil
    banana

    Midmorning Snack:
    1 cup skim milk
    1 large piece of fruit with 1 TBS natural peanut butter
    5 mozzarella stick

    lunch:breakfast burrito with sasauge and tomato and egg

    is that good so far
