urgent requirement of help! real bad

Guys I might have done 250mg of sust for just like two weeks and my balls have shrunk their asses of all I can see there is sagging skin and I kinda am getting pain in the right nipple(btw I ended this cycle a couple of days back)
do i need pct or will it come back by itself considering the short span of the cycle and the dosage.

l think if youre balls are that shrunk, you are shut down and will surely need pct. l wont b able to help on what though, wait for someone more educated to get in on this.

Kalmorc, I can only speak for myself. I done a prohormone cycle and had similar problems to you within a couple of weeks. I got myself some sustain alpha (you can get this in LV (oral) or rub on skin)

It really realy helped me, within a few days my balls felt fuller, I had boners every morning and it looked like better circulation was in my cockpiece area.

I applied 4 pumps to my chest /shoulders and 2 pumps direct to my ballbag. Do a search on it. Theres a lot of guys now adding it to cycles either during and after. I used it from 2 weeks and for a 4 week PCT. Cant speak highly enough of the stuff and my balls were shut down.

Did you have a pct set up? nolva etc? and an AI? (Arimidex) I would use .25 of this daily to keep estrogen under control when I do my course

As for clomiphine citrate I cant help as never used it mate , sorry

Yes I do have nolvadex and clomid and letrozole(instead of arimidex) but cant get my hands on hcg, my fear is that in less than a fortnight I was shut this bad what could happen if I ran it for a 10 week period my testicles would(might) have dissolved into the scrotum the funny part is the gyno is only hittting my right nipple...

kalmorc, It isnt totally uncommon for your balls to shrink in 2 weeks, I have read it before and as I said it happend to me on a dam prohormone cycle!

As long as you gave it time since your last cycle for your normal test levels to normalise before you started this one you will be fine. A 10 week cycle you should be able to recover from total shutdown.

Also people dont have to get it in both nipples (I know that from an old training partner who had one right sore nipple)

If you are not going to continue your cycle I would start the nolva / clomid you have already

let me rephrase it the thing is I dont want to have any kind of permanent damage to my testicles as my testicular atrpohy could be classified on the extreme side, IMO you can live without the steroid but not without your balls.
So guys will clomid recover the original size(fast) considering it to be of short span?

If you did your homework and know about cycles, you should not be asking this question.

Although NOT certain I am quite sure you wont have any "permanent damage" to your nuts and they will regain to their normal size after your 2 week course.

Hopefully someone with more experiance in this will come on and give you more information.

see the homework part I feel is more of a general overview, how can you tell how your body would react without even testing the drug, considering the fact that everyone's body is different. My partner runs the same sustanon and he has medium to almost average testicular atrophy considering him to be on week 9. Is there any way around the shrinkage problem considering I have no hcg on hand?

Can I ask why you aren't already using the clomid? Hell yes you should use it. It won't restore testicle size as fast as HCG will, though. HCG is probably the easiest thing to come by, search for it. I took 8 Havocs and 4 Jungle Warfares for about 2 1/2 weeks and had massive nut shrinkage. I didn't take any PCT, and it was horrible. Weak, horrible mood, lethargic. Nuts like half the size of normal. I just used Nolvadex and Aromasin even without HCG and I was good to go in just a few weeks. Felt better immediately, too. I had two blood tests taken, and after the cycle of "legal" otc roids, I was low test/elevated liver enzymes. Just as I had suspected. Weeks later after the Nolvadex, I was near normal levels. It takes more than a few weeks. From what I read, you want to start quickly or risk permanent damage.

Do a standard clomid/nolva pct,
Dont touch steroids again, your to young and dont have any kind of base to work from, at your age you could damage yourself for life, keep yopur fingers crossed.

wow, mate u shoulda done your research before you started, i mean proper research! I spent over a year before i started and spent hours and hours going through the posts here. Most of the guys on here dont mean to be critical, its just they are trying to help.

With regards to your balls, HCG is the best thing to get your balls bk to size quite quick. Also run a standard pct and see how its goes, the gyno pain should go once you start taking you nolva and clomid.

hektikk your balls will shrink when taking steriods as you are pumping extra test into your body and therefore your body sees that it has enough test so its stops your body creating it. thus your balls shrink. It is very common when on cycle.

lol the only thing I did wrong was being unable to predict the future of these events. I knew my balls were going to shrink and there was nothing that I could do(no hcg available easily where i live) I hoped for the best that maybe my balls would shrink through the course of their cycle to an average amount, not to the size of two mini shrimps in a fortnight.

my balls have shrunk considerably while i have been on cycle. Its just what happens. and stronger compunds will create gyno problems earlier, especially if the person has high bodyfat or poor diet etc.

I am from india, I actually have low bodyfat about 8-9 percent and thought I'd bulk to a nice 200-210 pounds, my diet has been wayward for a couple of weeks but yet again I cleaned it up before a week from starting the cycle.

From what i conclude it could be the test prop that could have zapped me in such a way as that's the only thing that could have caused it.

40 mg of nolva every with clomid 50 mg for about 2 weeks, see how things are going. Is there any medication to get rid of the flesh in the nipple? or is surgery the only alternative?

if its proper gyno then surgery is the only way to resolve it imho.
