    my diet

    this is my bulking diet, any suggestions?

    Meal 1:
    - 5 whole eggs
    - 1 cup of oatmeal
    - 1 piece of fruit (banana, apple, raisins, etc) or 2 pieces of whole wheat toast
    Meal 2:
    - 8 oz chicken
    - 1 cup brown rice or 1 sweet potatoe
    Meal 3 (preworkout):
    - 40 grams whey protein powder
    - 2 pieces of fruit
    - 2 pieces of whole wheat toast or ½ cup oatmeal
    Meal 4 (postworkout):
    - 40 grams whey protein powder (vanilla)
    - 50 grams Gatorade (orange)
    - 5 grams creatine
    Meal 5:
    - 8 oz extra lean beef or 8 oz lean steak
    - Large baked potato or sweet potato
    - 1 cup vegetables (broccoli, green beans, salad, etc)
    Meal 6:
    - 40 grams protein powder (syntha 6) or 8 oz chicken/fish/turkey
    - 1 tablespoon natural peanut butter
    Supplements
    - Optimum 100% whey vanilla
    - Orange Gatorade
    - Optimen Multivitamin
    - AST Micronized Creatine
    - Sytha 6 Protein Powder
    - Preworkout NO booster

    Figure out your TDEE and figure out the calories/protein/carb/fat contents of all your foods (weigh them out accordingly) - then we can really help you.

    In the morning - which fruits are you eating specifically - they all vary in macronutrients and some are way too high in sugar to really be beneficial to us.

    2 pieces of whole wheat toast - whole wheat bread is not an ideal source of carbs because they are mainly not "whole wheat." If you want to continue eating bread, go with ezekial bread - only bread that I have seen praised on this forum.

    1 sweet potato - they vary in size/weight so the macronutrients are different every time, so you should be cooking a bunch at one shot and then separate & weigh them out accordingly.

    I'm guessing meal 6 is before bed - then that protein shake should be casein & not whey.

    Also - oatmeal... which are you talking about - the ones in packets loaded with sugar & preservatives or old-fashioned oats?
