male, 29. 6'1. 186 lbs, training many years with a few on and offs, past cycle test c.

future cycle

weeks
1-14 test e, 500mg per week
1-12 deca, 400mg per week
1-6 d bol, 30 mg daily, might decide on different dosage
may choose to use anavar or tbol later in cycle, undecided.

profile for deca on this site said to run deca at least 12 weeks and to run test 2 weeks longer than deca so i chose 14 wk test.

so is my ratio of deca to test good? dont want any deca d**k

arimidex 0.25mg oed on cycle
may use hcg within a few weeks at 250 ius twice a week.

pct clomid and nolva 14 days after last test shot.
clomid 100,50,50,50
nolva 40,20,20,20

am i missing anything?

Looks pretty solid bro. From personal experience, I would bump the test up a bit though. I would use the Anavar or Tbol to bridge at a later time. No need to run in towards the end of the cycle. HCG is a good idea. Looks pretty simialr to my previous cycles...just get ready to grow....

I would say you needed to visit the diet forum.

Your 186lbs, you've only added 6lbs since the begining of your last cycle???

This tell me that your diet is poor and your replacing food with aas..

im in the middle of my first cycle right now. so far its been slow to kick in. i'll see soon what the deal is. hopefully its not underdosed but as far as my diet im taking in enough protein and very many clean calories.

thanx for telling me about caber. you just saved my dick because while doing further research on deca dick it caught my eye.
