Hi,

I have some probleme with some bacne. I clean my chest, back and face with Nizoral 1%, after the shower I put some Benzoyl Peroxide 10% in my face and chest. Not in my back because I can't pass my hands to my back:-(

My face is clean, my chest not so bad but my back is contamined:-(

What you propose to resolve this problem? I think buy some Dutasteride, what you think about this?

Do you have another solution?

Now I'm taking 400mg Trenbolone with 500mg Sustanon / week

Wear an undershirt whether it is a tank or a T and change it twice through out the day.
What type of soap do you use?

Tren is definitely the culprit. I've seen it produce some meann cases of acne in some people.

Honestly, if I ever had acne that bad on my back I would be on acctuane immediately until the duration of PCT.

However, if the Nizoral 1% + Benzoyl Peroxide 10% worked for your body then maybe you could find someone to apply it to your back (this is because accutane does have side effects that some people would like to avoid. cream application would obviously have way less sides.)

Get some acne annihilator from platinum labz. It was designed for your exact needs. My team has used it often,,,its cheap and works amazingly well.

both.. as a treatment you want to put it on.. and let it sit on your skin for 3-5min to really dry things out.. until your zits fade.. then you can just use it like reg soap as a maintenance

also try pathogenic acid. i think the spelling is right. you can get it at the vitamin shoppe or eq. If I remember right it is a b vitamin. you take it is large doses I think 3-5 grams a day. and it has a drying effect on the skin. do a google search on the dose before you try, it has been a while since I used it. but I remember being very impressed with the results. good luck

In my last cycle I have the same problem, it was Nandrolone/Sustanon. And in my PCT it's was really amazing the acne in my face!

My wife is in Holidays in Canada 1 month, nobody to apply the cream in my back:-(lol

I don't want use Accutane because so much side effects...

Hmm Dawn. Awesome! I'm good now but worried about PCT. I think I remember some people saying they wont kick in till PCT. Now if they start showin up I know what to use.

Fyi tanning and sea salt works wonders for me too.

Been using Panoxyl for about a week now and i've cleared up considerably. You need to be careful with it though as alot of people have a reaction to it and get rashes especially after the first few uses. I have had no issues though and it's pretty cheap at wal-mart.

I herd accutane works good, but id try somting cheaper before IMO

im not sure if theres evidence, but since ive started tanning getting ready for the summer my bacne and pretty much whereever else i had it has stopped. maybe the tan lights are so cancerous that they even kill acne! lmao

Take ICE COLD showers using a cetaphil soap. Do not take hot/warm showers as your skin will dry out and your pores will be opened up for dirt to access in easier. Make sure you get a good back scrubber to really clean your back. You can use a loofa too. After your showers get someone to apply diluted peppermint oil on your back. If you sweat during the day change to a clean shirt. Try this for one week I guarantee you will see results.

You can also get this for any sudden/bad outbreaks or to speed up the process.

I had a problem for only a short time, until my body got use to the test. My dermatologist gave me a prescription for Benzoyl Peroxide prescription strength but I really never saw a difference.

I had a problem recently but not due to cycle. It was due to waxing and using near. OMG my back was so bad. LOL

I started using the good old alcohol. Get a large bottle and soak a wash rag. you can easily use it to scrub your back by using one hand over your shoulder and the other from the bottom side reaching up grabbing the other end of the wash rag and dragging it back and forth. It dried it out pretty good and was gone in about 2 weeks.

I just get the normal 70% or better 90% alcohol, the clear stuff you can buy most anywhere.
