I've done some reading and found some interesting information about drinking water and how it affects digestion. I wanted to see what the diet guys on here thought about it. Supposedly drinking too much during a meal can hinder digestion by diluting digestive juices, but then again being hydrated is important for digestion as well. Is drinking a lot of water during meal time bad? How much water should a person drink in a day for their size? When should I drink it, during or in between meals?
