    Started out TRT shifted "gears" alittle..impatient 48 year old

    I am 6'4 239lbs 48 years old, BF 20% maybe , 1 year ago i was over 300 lbs so i decided to loose weight which i did, 255lb in Febuary started lifting then and diet high protein 250p/100c/40f gym 5 days a week working hard and seeing results, then got checked for Low Test(labido) it was low along with other results so doc is prescribing (whacko) 500 mg every 3 weeks I felt great for a week then would go away(duh) so on my own prescribed myself test/deca 400mg test/200mg dec pinning twice a week and is taking anastrozol 1.5mg ed for the first 2 weeks and now 1.5mg every pin started this 4-28-2010 my diet is on track hard to eat that much protein.... but the question is I have dropped some weight 6-8 lbs more definition, but strength hasnt really kicked in am I being impatient.. (when I get the 500mg test cyp shot from the doc I dont pin myself for that week just deca)..and what should I expect through out this cycle..

    Theres a famous saying in the Spiderman movies that with great power comes great responsibility. I found that with great acne comes great power. I really noticed the strength a few weeks in along with some of the sides.

    You've got to give the test time to Kick-in, it usually take 4 to 5 weeks, and a 1760 calorie diet is also the problem. Hit up the diet section and ask for help there. Why have you added the Deca to your trt? and the A-dex seems high too? Do you have you blood results posted? or can you post the most current?

    Give it another 3 weeks and you should be getting stronger by the day. Does the doc give you 500mg in one shot? If so, ask him to go 250mg every 10 days at least.

    Why not 125 per week? I was doing it every 10 days and have recently changed to weekly dosing and I feel so much better, I started to feel crappy at about day 9-12. I'm saying that you have to experiment yourself to find out what works best for you.

    agree but I am on the road with my job 10 hrs a day(checking job sites) really having a hard to filling a quality calorie out of a pail but i do try hard and I have read diet just difficult packing(suggestions?) i do have some blood work i can post tommorow, mor extensive come monday or tuesday, by advice from a good advisor and since i maybe alittle gyno prone thought this maybe the A-dex might be worth it and it has helped

    actually his protocal was 400mg testcyp 3weeks/500mg testcp 3 weeks/600mg which I did but I am asking for 500 he wont change his protocal and I figure what the hell free pin

    I carry a large ice chest in the back seat of my truck. I carry chicken and steak in tupperwares on ice. I Also carry packs of tuna, apples, blueberries, alomond butter and ezekial bread. Carry a seperate ice chest for my 20 or so water bottles I carry. I used to carry baked sweet potatos wrapped in tin foil to .

    If forced to eat on the road I will hit subways and get double meat turkey on honey oat wheat loaded with veggies and no condimentsor cheese. Or I will hit a chipotle and get a chicken burrito with extra chicken and nothing else on it expet for some avacados sometimes for good fats.

    I am on TRT......

    Doc had me at 200 eow and it was a yoyo ride....

    I now am at 100 ew and it is a lot better....

    I can't believe that he is giving you that much...

    I have been trying to get 200 ew and my doc wont go there at all.

    The 1/2 life of test cyp is around 8-9 days and it is cleared from your system in 17-18 days, so every three weeks leaves you starting from 0.

    When your cycling it's ok to get the one big shot..but when you come off it's going to suck.

    Have you asked if you can pin it yourself?? My doc just gives me the script...I get the jug
    and do the dirty work when I want.

    I notice the big gains kicking in at about week 4-5 when I cycle over my TRT dose.

    I do have one more question, it appears about 5 weeks seems to be the magic # when it kicks in will the size changes also started being alittle more noticable

    You won't see size changes until you start eating more quality food. You'll continue to drop weight with your current diet.

    I work out of town. I get up early every morning to not only make my breakfast but 3 meals for the day. You're putting too much emphasis on the AAS. It won't work without the food.
