    Depression

Have you experienced depression while on anything or during the post cycle? Just curious.

yes ive noticed it aswell, its hard but in a week or two im over it, doesnt help that you might start loosing gains in pct to make you even more sad

a good thing i tell myself when it happens is that my emotions arnt real, and it snaps me out

CherryPepper : In the PCT yes, it is not uncommon for depression to kick in. Heh, and as ron pointed out losing some gains doesnt help.
Nice advice ron, I shall use it. Along with what I lose being water.

Slightly off topic here, I was reading a while ago in PCT before I joined (i think in stickes?) and it said during PCT not to work out as hard, only spending perhaps 30 mins a week on each muscle (and I think not working until exhaustion?)? Any thoughts/experience etc on this? Ill probably start a post when I get slightly towards the end of this cycle.

All of us suffer of some kind of depression but how we deal with it is the difference between men and boys,

first always go to bed and think of nothing but positives in you life that way you will wake up with positives,

second, plan your next cycle was you end your pct it will help keep you mind off losing some of your gains,

third, continue to work on your diet and making it better will also take you mind off of the bad feeling,

fourth, cardio is the best way to get your mind off anything because it sucks so bad you cant think of any but the fuvking run...

fifth, find a fat person and look at them and you will feel better about yourself ...

    peace

I get a little depressed because once I'm done with my cycle it feels like I've lost a brother

Your hard earned gains wont get eaten away that easily so during or after the pct just stay well fed, train just as hard, spend some time not having to worry about dosing and most importantly be greatful that you are not one of those un educated newbies that know nothing what so ever about pct. Oh and if you have a girlfriend, you should be happy that you can still get it up.
Thats my my view on things

I noticed a little depression whilst on andriol (during the cycle). At the same time, there was no depression whilst on injectables like enanthate. Also, no depression during the pct...

ive experienced alot of depression post cycle. please make sure to keep your diet together, your workouts solid, your pct running, and have a friend to talk to and gripe with shit about (even if you just hit up the AR lounge) and i promise itll pay off bro. Stay safe.

now this should be a on a poster or something. really great- cardio helps my mind. I figure if I cant be huge I can be ripped.

I get moderate depression on pct. really bad with clomid. I had(at one point) sworn off clomid due to depression issues. Too bad it works
