    Squatting injury adductor

    Felt a pull in my inner thigh while squatting 495 last week . I was sore for a couple of days after but felt better by the time leg day rolled around again. I got up to 405 before it started to bother me again, I stopped squatting at that point. Now my inner thigh is slightly swollen, been using ice. Anyone have experience with this or advise. thanks

    Had a similar incident last night in the gym. Was doing the stack with a 25 lb plate hanging on it on leg extensions and something popped in my right inner thigh. I did the same thing, came home iced it, wrapped it, elevated it and took some anti inflamatories.

    Mine turned real black and blue the second time I squated

    If it turned black and blue you should really have it looked at. That is a sign of a tear and ruptured blood vessels. I wouldnt push through it. Id spend the money and get an mri to make sure what is going on in there.

    Like I said, mine didnt swell or turn colors.

    Its feels fine now and its been just over a week. going to wait a couple more weeks before squatting. Leg extensions leg curls and stiff leggeds all feel fine...

    Well good luck to ya and maybe we will both be pushing hard in no time! Im taking this week off of quads and gonna feel it out next week.
