anyway i set in my mind that im going to cut, which i feel i should, i think im about 15-18% bf. but when im on the cycle i just eat like its a bulking cycle because i feel like its a waste if i dont bulk, do you know what i mean?
even tho i'd still put on some lean muscle if i eat right and also lower my bf%
i know its in the diet and can eat proper, not that im not, probably just to many carbs to drop my bf %
any tips on what i can do with my mind set, and does anyone else feel this way?
