    Going to start my first cycle very soon...

    Cycle will look like this:

    250mg Test Enanthate E5D for 10 weeks
    20mg Nolvadex ED 2 weeks after cycle (on hand just incase I need it during cycle)
    1000-1500iu HCG last week of cycle and 5 weeks after every 5 days to get the testosterone back to normal faster


    I'm still looking for a good site to buy from so if anyone has suggestions, please help me with that. I'm from NJ.

    Diet is pretty well, gained 25 pounds off it the last 5 months.

    Breakfast - 4-5 hardboiled eggs, cereal, protein shake
    Brunch - Two tuna cans
    Lunch - Chicken/fish/steak, white rice, choice of vegetable
    Gym
    Post Workout - Protein Shake
    Dinner - Chicken/fish/steak, white rice, choice of vegetable
    Late night snack - Whatever looks good in the fridge and a protein shake

    I avoid fatty foods and carbonated beverages.

    21 is quite young and pct is quite weak... imo!

    Been lifting for 4 years now, 1.5 of those serious. What pct would you suggest?

    Stats
    Age - 21
    Weight - 155
    BF - 14%
    Maintenance Calories is 2500, I get a lot more than that daily.

    No source fishing is allowed on the board.

    You won't gain any weight from that diet. You need to do more research to get your diet straightened out. Once you have your diet in order, spend a couple of years training hard eating right before you think AAs is the answer. AAS will not compensate for a poor diet and training.

    cycle at least 24 yrs old!
