well iv posted many threads in the Q and A and here is the final result. iv been doing it for around 6 weeks and its a 12 week cycle as follows. i will write the results and towards the end post pictures.

Cycle: ( feel free to critique im always willing to learn)
weeks 1-12 Test E 600 mg per week
Weeks 6-10 Win 50 mg injected ED
weeks 6-10 tren ace 100 mg EOD
AI: Anastrozole .5 every 3rd day. Nolva every 4th
Starting HCG soon 250IU every 3rd and 4th day,
PCT: None im on trt so after this cut i will maintain and cruise at 200 mg a week cyp.
Results thus far: Ill igmit iv been slacking on cardio rathe than my intended 5 days a week at 30 minute minimum a day in the am on empty iv only been doing 2. . . . life got in the way wish i would of known what bullshit was on the horizon before i started none the less here i stand with results all the same.
NOW: i started at 204 at 14.5% BF and am at 199 at 12.5%BF so far so good with lean mass retention and fat loss.
PLAN: now that iv got life somewhat back under control i will continue:
DIET- dieting at 1800-2000 calories per day. 250-300 grams protein. 75-125 grams complex carbs. 15 grams or so simple sugars post workout and 25-40 grams of essential fats.
CARDIO 30 minute minimum 5 days a week on am empty stomach or post-workout.
Weights 5 day split moderate to heavy weight and intense with dropsets and super sets thrown in to increase caloric expenditure.
Supplements: BCAA powder EAA powder Glutamine Powder. 4 Gaspari anavite. whiteflood. 4 grams vitamin c daily with liv 52 b12 b6 and zinc.
