    Can I just dose my nova and put it in my protein shake?

    Personally i wouldn't. I have used liquid pcts. And tried it in milk. And it actually reacted with the milk. And got like a nastyness to it... If it is that bad i would get something strong like fruit punch or even milk cause its good with taking away flavor... Take a big gulp. Drop it into it. Then swallow it all. Won't even taste it.

    I wouldn't really trust the dosing within a huge shake.
