    6 Weeks out

    Hows this look?
    9am: Shake
    10am: 7oz chicken salad, 2 tbsp olive oil
    12: 1 1/2 pattys 85%lean ground beef, 1 cup brown rice(PRE)
    2pm: Shake(POST)
    3pm: 7oz chicken, 1 cup brown rice
    5pm: 7oz chicken salad, 2 tbsp olive oil
    7pm: Large can tuna, salsa
    9pm: Shake, 4 Tbsp peanut butter

    1 1/2-2 gallons water.


    Im doing 55 mins of cardio this week before my first shake, 60 next week, etc.
    im 6 weeks out from a show
    ht: 6
    wt: 223
    bf:no clue, heres a pic i took last monday
    On a ECA stack and Tren A
    Any advice? or does this look good?

    wouldnt run tren alone add some test p... seems like maybe a little much on the pb I would cut it back to 2 tbs and 6 weeks seems a bit short period of time to prep for a show at your condition... not that your in bad shap just my thoughts. I'm thinking you would have better results(not waste LBM) if you started 10-12 weeks out from the show. But good luck.

    What are the dosages for your ECA stack? Sorry for the hijack - but I am trying to find one to follow myself.

    As far your diet - can't help you much since you do not have your macros listed, but
    Any carbs in your PWO shake to restore your glycogen levels?
    Is that meal after the shake within an hour after the shake?
    ^If yes, then disregard the carbs in the shake and I prefer white rice to brown - faster absorption into muscles (advice from a bodybuilder - I was eating sweet potatoes PWO).
    Chicken salad? Pretty dirty meal for contest prep, no?
    Salsa - I'm going to throw this in my diet for when I bulk, but I don't think it holds any merit in a cutting diet (dirty).

    Need macros for that diet and back and leg pictures.

    ECA is 25/200/300 mg
    my chicken salad is only spinich, chicken breast, and olive oil
    im cutting the salsa at 4 wks, nothing really in it
    I do have brown rice w my post workout meal

    macros?
    I dont like sweet potatoes or white rice for cutting just because they are much higher on the glycemic index

    The breakdown of each meal - grams of protein/carbs/fat and total calories.
