    Brachial Plexus

Almost a year ago, I injured my shoulder. I had 3 mri's and nothing came up. I had a real injury and my ortho swore than it was muculo skelatil. Although the injury was real, 3 mri's wont miss a thing. especially one that i had die injected into my should to light up anything wrong. So nothing was wrong muscle n ligament wise but he figured it was the brachial plexus nerve that was injured. I stop lifting for a while and it seemed to get a little better, but if its not muscular and i still have almost 100% strength, why stop lifting?

Anyways i am wonder how any AAS effect healing in that area? I dont think test would do any harm nor good but maybe deca with its joint water relocation properties might be of help?

    Any responses are appreciated, Thanks.

People seem to enjoy the effects of deca for therapeutic reasons such as yours . The reason people use test and deca together is deca alone will shut you down . Then you have a new set of problems .

ya i know about "deca dick" lol. My testosterone is already crazy high so i dont want to take more test than i need to stay around normal. And i know at 19 year i shouldnt be using AAS, but would if i said i was using AAs to keep me away from Percocets, and alcohol and things that are way worse than AAS. Fact is that i have had too many injuries to stick on a bodybuilding schedual for longer than a year at a time. I have been lifting on and off since 14. I may not be an expert on excercise but ive perfected my routine and know what works well for me. I just really believe that i will have such a theraputic effect from my first cycle(whenever i feel like ive waited long enough due to age) that the benifits outweigh the risks. Feel free to criticise though

Heres a simple answer do the exercises that don't hurt period. Juice will do nothing for healing nerve type symptoms, Cartilage related maybe but it only maskes the pain doesn't heal it, you need to figure out what is causing the pain, eg disk, posture, sleep habits, daily activities we are a product of what we do 90 % of the time and your young so lay off the taking steroids cause it won't do anything.
