    First timer needs some advice

    Ok, Im 25 ive been hitting the weights for over a year and the results have started to slow dramatically so i decided to do a cycle. I asked a friend of mine to get me something and the following is what i recieved 10 250mg ampules of test 10 200mg vials of deca 60 tabs of zitazonium (tamoxifen) and a 100 tabs of some liver support stuff called lagosa. Well now i have the stuff and have no idea of how much to take and when to take it. any help would be greatly appreciated

    Please give all stats when asking quetions in the questions and answer forum.

    Stats consist of:

    Age
    Height
    Weight
    Bf%
    Cycle history
    Years training

    Also please take the time to read all the educational threads in the q&a forum as most questions can be answered with alittle reading...

    Welcome....And no, you don't have enough for a good cycle. To be on the safe side you need at least 12-15 more amps of both compounds. I'd go for the ladder if it were me.

    You may be jumping onto the juice a little quick too. All those gains that you experienced really fast were due to you increasing your neural activity with you muscles. Besides that, only training for a year before starting is a sure way to get yourself hurt. Maybe try some good supplements and protein for awhile and if you still feel as though you're going nowhere then maybe get on them. I know it'll cost money and take time, but wouldn't you rather do that than have torn tendons and other damage? Try some supplements like Animal Pak, Jack3d, and some protein. Best of luck though in whichever path you take.
