gyno situation - vets pls input

two years ago i started taking an OTC test booster(not doing proper research at the time) prolly 3-5 cycles of it, a cycle was 4 weeks. product was Evolution Labs "Dianevol". Now that i figured out what gyno is, i realize I have it. little bumps under the nipple and they are soar. Im currently into my second week of my cycle

test e 1-12 wks 500mg wk
arimidex 1-14 wks .5 eod (bumped it up from .25 cuz of gyno)
var 8-14 wks 60mg ed

pct nolva 20/20/10/10/10

my question is should i get letro with my pct to try and get rid of the gyno? I havent done anything to try and get rid of the gyno because i know what it was know until i started doing my research for this cycle. what can i do? or should i just go see a doctor and see what he can do?

I would throw the the letro into the pct just to see if it helps. Chances are after this long it won't but you never know. The doctor can only remove it by surgery.
