I am new to aas but I am an experienced lifter. I really need any imput from vets/mods on how to get the most out of my cycle. I plan on running it 12 weeks with clomid and nolva for pct. Comments tips questions and appreciated.
Stats
6'0 tall and right now 228 my lowest was 2 years ago I got to 168 I am naturally around 190. yes thats 60 lbs in 2 years.
So I started my first cycle about 3 weeks ago I started with dbol 20mg 2 times a day total 40 mg/day along with 150 mg of prop EOD and 250 mg eq every third day.

Now I bumped it to prop 175ml eod(600mg week) with deca and eq 250mg every third day(~600mg week). I stopped the dbol bc I didnt feel like it was contributing to anything but water gain. I started at ~210lbs 8%bf(hydrostatic tank)(31in waist cold 28' sucked in) now I am at 228. My diet is as follows...wake up 40gram shake with 1 cup dry oats mixed in then an hour later another cup oats with granola with 9 egg whites and 2 yolks. 1 pm high protein lunch, 2 protein bars throughout the day and around 8 another large meal and a shake before bed. Typically this adds up to 5-6k calories and at least 250gram protein.
I work out a minimum of 5 days a week chest/arms 2 times and back 2 times and legs,traps,shoulders once.
