Hello guys,
I am 27 yo 5'7" 175 lbs. BF around 16-18%
I was fat 5 years ago and successfully cut to 12% BF. But due to repeated injuries I am stuck now at 16-18% BF , in 2 years whenever I manage to cut lower than that my body get tired and I fall off the wagon and body fat climb up again.
Lets say I am at a plateau for 2 years. I know how to manipulate this by changing cardio ,do HIIT ,carbs cycling,intermittent fasting..etc,
I have no plan to bulk at all , so is there any harm to start first Test E cycle on 2200-2400 calories diet??
