Hey guys/gals, Im new to posting new threads here and I'm looking for some good advice. Iam 32 yrs old and have always been a hard gainer (hate that word) I have been checking out the diet section to this forum for years and it has helped a lot. I have been an athlete my whole life, and putting on healthy weight has always been VERY tough, although getting my diet in check and changing my lifestyle has helped the most. 3 years ago, I was 6ft 3 inches, 165-170 lbs, but always have been very lean. Today I am still 6 ft3 inches, and weigh 185lbs. By BF is 10-11%. The only suppliments I take with my diet is creatine mono, and NO2 pills, along with whey protein. I am considering gear, but I need to get your honest opinions on what you would take, or if I should simply stay away from it and keep on gaining my 5 lbs/year. I have been lifting since freshman football (18 years ago haha) and I love it. This is not a "I wanna get huge!" thread, I just want to know if I should consider the next step, and if so...what step would you take? Not gonna lie, orals seem much more do-able to me, but I know that they are not the BEST option. Iam a grown boy, so help a brutha out!
