I thought I had good calves......

I saw that new pro, Eric Fankhouser I think his name is, at the North American a couple years back. He's known for his legs. He waddled back and forth when he walked. Looked like a bitch just getting around. Awesome development, but I couldn't live like that.

Instead of feeling more motivated I think I'm starting to feel the other way around... Damn when I see those things I just feel so small man...

I Sometimes wander what would happen if by chance I get to stand aside of one of this men... Maybe that would be my end... I would go home so disappointed with my progress that I would order some extra large pizza and drown it with a lot of beer...

Either that... Or head straight to the gym, train legs like crazy and order a year round supply of heavy gear.

The guy on the far right is Fankhouser, Ben Pakulski is on the left and not sure who has the "small pair" in the middle.

The guy does have some freaky legs. If I remember right, a couple of years back he was bottom heavy, needing more upper body development. Looks like he's catching up now.

My leg day is Sunday, Im going to take a couple of pics and post up my calves for comparison....this should be amusing...

    This pic was 2005

Call me crazy but I wish I had normal sized legs..it's retarded buying a higher waist size just to accomodate big quads.

Thanks Bro, I have to say, I do have good genetics when it comes to calves. They looked good when I was 14. Still nothing like those beasts though.

Ive had quite a few compliments on my calf development, but it never helped me in a competition. I've been beat by guys that look like they had their calves surgically removed. Maybe at a higher level they'll come into play....

    That really sucks.....

You've got nice development..... vascularity too.... What bf are you sitting on?

I was looking at my calves the other day and they looked "high up" to me..... like i've got a lot of space between the bottom of my calve and my heel.....

Maybe it's just me.... idunno LOL. They did measure in at 18" tho.... so I don't have chicken legs

18" is very respectable for calves!

Im guessing 8% right now. I don't measure my bf like some do, just look in the mirror. As Im cutting there are certain things I watch and know where they need to be by contest time. Veins on abs, no more chipmunk cheeks, etc. I got a ways to go at 6 weeks out, but the changes start coming faster at this point forward.

Didn't know you were doing a contest..... take some pics now and if you can..... at the show.

I just started doing serious cardio.... i'm killing it. We'll see how it goes..... I've got visible abs but the line that seperates the abs down the middle isn't visible.

    good luck man!
