Alright, im finally signed up, and just wanted to get a few opinions on what i shoud do. Im 26, 5'9", 155lbs..no sure what my body fat % is..but its not much..ive got a pretty high metabolism. Ive been working out for around 5 years. I weighed around 140lbs when i started. My whole life ive always been pretty skinny. Im pretty strong for my size (or thats what my friends say) My max bench was 290 for 1 rep, shoulders are pretty strong (except possible labral tear..??). Despite my strength, my chest seems like it never grows. My diet has never been the best and i read up on the "newbie diet stuff" but i feel like im treading water, lifting hard but staying the same size, never any weight gains. Besides getting my diet in order, ive been reading up on D-bol..Im not sure im ready to stick myself with needles yet, but i wanna start putting on some weight. Im sure ill catch a bunch of shit from you guys cuz im a newbie and i dont know shit, but im just looking for advice. Thanks!
