    Just registered, here is my story.

    Alright, im finally signed up, and just wanted to get a few opinions on what i shoud do. Im 26, 5'9", 155lbs..no sure what my body fat % is..but its not much..ive got a pretty high metabolism. Ive been working out for around 5 years. I weighed around 140lbs when i started. My whole life ive always been pretty skinny. Im pretty strong for my size (or thats what my friends say) My max bench was 290 for 1 rep, shoulders are pretty strong (except possible labral tear..??). Despite my strength, my chest seems like it never grows. My diet has never been the best and i read up on the "newbie diet stuff" but i feel like im treading water, lifting hard but staying the same size, never any weight gains. Besides getting my diet in order, ive been reading up on D-bol..Im not sure im ready to stick myself with needles yet, but i wanna start putting on some weight. Im sure ill catch a bunch of shit from you guys cuz im a newbie and i dont know shit, but im just looking for advice. Thanks!

    For now you need to work on your diet as you've already identified, without the correct diet you'll continue to tread water even with the use of aas....
    Do not ask me for a source check.

    For starters a d-bol only cycle is not a good idea and your diet is probably what is holding you back. Good to the diet section post your diet and get it critiqued. Once you straighten that out you will start to grow. While doing this begin to research so when you do use aas you will know what you are doing.

    You need to start with your diet because this is where all your problems are, if you cant gain weight with your diet it will be useless starting steroids because you will not be able to maintain it afterwards, so it would be pointless.

    You need to re-design your diet and learn how to eat to grow, you also need to do alot more research on steroids, if your not willing to inject I would say your wasting your time in even thinking of this route but first thing is firt and thats your diet, head over to the diet section and read thr stickies regarding bulking diets, best of luck

    Thanks for the help guys! I looked into the diet section more and got a good "bulk up" diet planned. The hardest part is finding the time to eat..i work a normal 8 hour a day job. Ill do my best. Out of curiosity, why is just a D-bol cycle not good? Just trying to learn. Thanks again!

    Oral steroids (D-bol) have to pass through your Liver, which is very taxing on it. This is where you hear your doctor warning you about liver failure being related to steroid use. Many people use oral steroids to kick start their cycle, but usually use them no longer than 6 weeks.

    It's recommended you use liver supports while on oral steroids. I haven't ever taken oral steroids, so I can't name a brand of liver support.

    Stick the needle in your ass, it's actually fun after the first couple times..
