A question for you guys that blast on TRT

I got a question for you guys that run a few cycles a year that are on TRT.

When your in between cycles do you see much of a increase in your gains ?

And how long of breaks do you guys recomend to take between cycles ?

I'm coming off of my test 400 cycle in a few weeks and will be going to test E 250 as my TRT.

ive been using the same trt and after my previous cycle i kept gaining. i take 3mths between cycles, rem the higher doses put the body under more strain so best to give it long breaks

You won't see anything from two weeks. A blast is more like a couple months. Good luck

I'm running 240mg of deca right now and bumped my TRT dose from 200mg to 400mg. At the end of 12 weeks I'll come off the deca and then taper my test dose back to 200mg over a 4 week period. I plan to take 3 months off before considering doing any sort of additional cycle.

Keep in mind, I have nothing to offer you in terms of knowing the pros/cons to this approach -- it will be my first time doing this. But that's my plan for now and I'll be reporting in on this forum with my progress.

Sounds like a fine novice cycle. 400 test EW is plenty and any more deca without more test and he might have trouble in the bedroom.

Yep. That's pretty much the experiment. I'm trying to see if it helps with osteoarthritis. So far, so good. I'm probably going to see if a lower dose is effective the next time around, but I'm torn because I'm really liking the anabolic effects of the small dose I'm on. I may want to go bigger next time.

The dose i take for TRT is more for getting my levels back to when i was in my 20's, more about well being than cruising. So yes when i come off cycle i do lose some size same as you would being younger and coming off and starting PCT.
Thats just my experience anyway (done 3 cycles)

not really, if its true HRT all it really does is keep you leveled out so you dont experience the depression, crashes, lethargy, etc etc. The way I do it is I take 1cc of enanthate every 12 days or so, and even that's a little on the high side I suppose. I feel better after I take that shot too, but by the 10th day after I start feeling a little off, like I almost need the next damn shot b/ somethings falling off. As far as helping me stay in the gym and a little leaner its good, but I wouldn't say gains.

simply not true, his test levels will be well above base regardless of how much deca he uses, he could use less test and still be ok. the only compound which could be called 'cycle' here is the test, the deca is just too low

yeah, low deca will help with tht, ive also found dbol to be beneficial for lubrication

Keep in mind, we're all individuals, dude. I could not run my deca:test ratio at 1:1. I tried it at 240mg deca/300 test and my dick didn't work right. I bumped the test up to 400mg EW and that solved my libido issues. So, for me, if I run deca I'm going to need to run test in a 2:1 ratio - or close to it. A "cycle" is simply defined by doing something for a given period of time and then stopping. Dosing at certain levels and then no longer dosing at those levels or stopping entirely. For me, anything above and beyond my normal 200mg EW of test is a cycle.

The doses i take, and please note these are just what i do, what you would do may be different,

Test E, 100mg a week (i know a bit above normal level but what the hell...lol)
Arimidex 0.25mg 2 times a week

That is my off cycle TRT, but note if the cycle runs with test-e i use a higher dose of Arimidex during cycle and for the first couple of weeks after cycle once i am back on TRT......

are you sure it wasnt estro related? the more gear you use the greater the estro rise. most experienced users will tell you tht if your added test is above 'normal' you wont experience malfunction. ive used deca at 900mg pw (not advising tht!!!) along side 400mg test and had no disfunction at all while using estro ancilliaries. ive used test on its own and had disfunction b4, intro'd anti e's and bingo, all was fine again! just a thought mate, tht might enable to plan

I was having E.D. issues prior to TRT. In fact, it was one of the issues that led me to the docs office in the first place. Two months of TRT and I was back in form. Then added deca and went limp until I bumped up the test. Everyone reacts differently, I guess. The guy who is my HRT consultant also can't run deca unless he's running test at a 2:1 ratio.
