    20yrs old Clean Bulk

    Hey guys im currently running a clean bulk at the moment for 12 weeks im 20 years old im about 5'9'' and im about 210lbs at the moment im only just beginning my 3rd week what you guys think

    Lookin real good bro, i'd be happy to look like you. You don't even need to bulk IMO; a slow body recomp would do wonders for your physique!

    Hey thanks alot guys but what im trying to do is just loose some fat but look bigger so i like to call it a clean bulk i might weigh less towards the end of the 12 weeks but ill look bigger but we'll see hopefully i can keep this updated everyweek if you guys are interested?

    thanks but nope im finally home got back on april fools day what can i say a great day getting home glad they didnt play a joke on us ha but sounds good ill keep this thread updated ill post my diet and workouts and cycle tomorrow.

    nice to see another 20yr old on here! ur lookin pretty big. a litle soft, but not fat by any means. two things i would suggest is bring up ur legs and back width. everything else looks good, especially the tat! def keep us updated as much as u can. good luck with the clean bulk!

    Its abit late for that dont you think, he's already done three cycles??

    I tell 20 year olds that are thinking of trying aas to wait especially when they weigh 140lbs at 5'10, and for the best part they agree and concentrate on their diet/training...

    my stats currently
    age 20
    hgt 5'8''
    wgt 215lbs at moment
    diet is in check here is my diet currently if interested

    Meal 1: 80g oatmeal, protein shake, bananna
    Meal 2: 8oz chicken 4 rice cakes
    Meal 3 pre workout: Protein shake 4 rice cakes
    Meal 4: 8oz Steak 6 oz rice
    Meal 5: 8oz steak 6 oz rice cup of broccoli
    Meal 6: Protein Shake 15-20 Almonds bananna
    and i usually eat 2-3 hours

    Are my eyes playing tricks on me or am I having a stroke?

    In the old pictures at the top, the tattoo is on your left pec. In the updated pictures the tattoo is on your right pec. Doesn't matter if its through a mirror or someone else is taking the shots. Right is right and left is left. Am I going crazy?

    Anyway, great physique by the way!

    ha yes you are going crazy its called the mirror effect it does change when a picture is taken through a mirror ha go stand in front a mirror take a picture and youll see haha

    it varies for me when it comes to cardio.. I just listen to my body and play around until i find what works.

    its goin, been working 2 jobs right now and about to pick up a third one so im usually tired by 330 when i start training. staying in there though, seeing pics of you keeps me wanting to get bigger!

    i always do 30 min on my day off, and if i start to get really soft ill add in 15 min after my shoulder and chest day.
