I thought it was the other way around by older people needing more gh to have great results than younger people needing less. I am 22 years old and naturally producing more gh than my friend who is 33. Of course my thought process was I could take less than 5IU on a strict diet and see my results. But now he was saying I should take more than 5iu to see better results? Understandably he eats like shit takes 5 IU ED and looks great with a six pack and I am doing the same with no results. Why is it that older people can take less IUs and see better results than those you are younger and producing more of their gh and seeing less??? doesnt make sense
