    24

    Hey Guys,

Is 24 to young to start experimenting with AAS? Been Lifting for close to 2 years now in the gym. Train hard 4-5 days a week. I am abit confused on what age is a "acceptable" age to start a AAS cycle.

I know of younger people in their late teens that are using AAS and havent had any sides, i also know of people around my age that are using and haven't had any sides either..

Just comtemplating whether i should jump on the band wagon.

It is my understanding, if you don't get any sides straight away, as in after your cycle, low libido etc.. you can still encounter side effects later on down the track, as in say 5 years later? What are the chance's of this happening? Are the odds pretty high? Like say 80%? Or is it just one of those things that can happen to one person but not that other?

I understand the importance of correct dieting and Pct.

    Age:24
    Height:5'6
    Weight:180.4lbs
    BF: 15-16%
    Training: close to 2 yrs

24 is IMO on the low end of starting steroids. But, you are around the general 'accepted' age by most. Now, just because you are of a more acceptable age doesnt mean you need to start. Have you reached your bodies full natural potential? Have you been running a consistant diet for some time now, disciplined your body to train the hardest it can? Steroids should be your last option, not just a 'I am old enough' thing.

Around 24-25yrs old is the average age when your body will stop growing so adding hormones would be far better at this stage then any earlier IMHO, looking over your stats you seem to have a nice base, would be better if we saw a pic or two to establish what kind of base you really have but from your stats you seem to have a nice foundation. If anything I would advice you to drop some bf which will aid your muscle building and also help with the sides if you do start a cycle.

Its an impossibility to say if your going to experience any sides if you use steroids, some people do some people dont, all you can do is plan it as safe as possible and do the right things and see how you go.

What is your daily diet like?

Thanks for the replies guys, thats one of the other things im thinking about, is my BF%, if it would be wiser to drop it down to say 12% than start, or will the test also help me lean up. im just a little stumped on what to do. This is my new diet i've been on for about 2 weeks that i did up my self and Consist of.

    TDEE 2782.7 Cals

Im currently taking 3003.7 Cals a day
    392.8g Protein
    300.6g Carbs
    81.55g Fat

My understanding is if i started a cycle i would have to increase my Cal intake a fair bit as test speeds up your metabolism a fair bit. If you would like me write meal by meal, thats not a problem. I've tried to research as much as possible. It's just really doing my head in, A few people i know that are cycling are telling me i won't have any problems and to give it ago.

6 months is a bit hard to split hair, the problem comes down to the kids wanting to start AAS 18-22ish when its just stupid to do so.

what are your goals for being on aas cycle? i guess that will also assist in your decision making mate.

Thanks for the reply. I guess my goal is to put on lean muscle mass. Drop a couple % Bf aswell. I'm thinking 10 weeks of Test E, ive got Tamo and Clomid as well for Pct and some OTC Supplements like ZMA and Cyrotest sitting around ill also use as im sure it won't hurt on helping my natural test kick start again. Any thoughts?

    Cheers

Run the Test-E for 12 weeks.

You may want to consider an oral kick-start (IE) d-bol for the first 4 weeks.

An AI may be good to have kicking around (arimidex)

    Good luck.

Alot of people have told me not to touch D-bol. Is it as bad as everyone is really making out? I understand that in can cause liver toxicty so that's why id rather steer clear of it.

So im taking that 10weeks of Test E is not really adequate? Just ive seen alot of beginners running Test E for 10 weeks. And ive read alot threads saying 10-12 and than others saying 12. Bit confusing but im starting to get my head around it.

Also is Letizole and Dutast illegal? Like will it be pulled up at customs if imported to Aust?

DBol isn't too bad. If you're concerned you should take something like milk thistle, to protect the liver against toxins. You can buy milk thistle at your local pharmacy or drug store.

My first cycle was 4 weeks of Dbol and 10 weeks of Test-E. I loved it and had great results. I'd recommend kick starting your cycle with something like Dbol, it takes a couple weeks for the test to kick in, and after a few days I started noticing the Dbol and it was very motivating.

Seems like you've got a pretty good idea of what you want to do, just figure it out 100% and you seem like you're well educated enough to go on a cycle.

personaly i would just go with test for 10-12 weeks and see how you react to that first...d-bol kickstart is fine to do and all but if you encounter sides how will you know what compound is causing it?....learn to walk before you start running imho...goodluck...
