right now i go like this
4 whites 2 whole eggs / bagel
workout
2 scoop whey
pbj sandwich
tuna salad
mma training
4 oz chicken breast cup of broccolli and 2 scoop protein
id like to shape it up maybe someone can help
i weigh 175 and am lookn to cut to 168 in a month around 11% bf
