i was wondering if steroids ever caused problems for walking or running with you guys? I notice the pump effect i get from steroids is quite large. I can't walk longer then 1/4 a mile without getting a big pump sensation in the calves from them.

That sounds like cramps and calf pumps ( happens to the lower back, also ). I would recommend supplementing with potassium ( a banana ) and Taurine to combat this...
Keep water intake high also. Winstrol is awful for me related to calf and back pumps.
i have trouble running because im heavier. Its like running with my old weight but bearing a 45 lbs plate on my back at all time. exhausting.
Your muscles are probably fatigued from your increased strength. On top of the minerals HH mentioned, I drink alot of diet tonic water. The quinine is supposed to help with cramping. the amounts are minute, but helpful.
Not sure about the Taurine? Why would you suggest for this condition? My experience is that it is probably as useless as tits on a boar hog when it is added to energy drinks and such. Did I miss something? If so, I'd be interested in your theory.... btw... I'm not claiming to be an expert, just someone interested in learning new stuff.
Anavar made it impossible for me to run and painful to incline walk with anything over 50mgs. Ive heard tren is a bitch to do cardio on as well.
my last cycle i was on 750mg of sus a week. i could not run for the life of me, my calves would cramp and my feet would go completely numb. i thought it was my shoes but it must have been the increased fluid in my body. it was horrible because i am a really good runner and was in a military school where we had to run every morning and i was falling out all the time.
Off course it is useless when added to "energy drinks" for starters these things are mroe dangerous to your health then gear...
Secondly none would have any amount to be theraputic whatso ever..
L-taurine is simply an amino acid it has its correct theraputic dosages..
You dont take 1gram of protien after a workout because the dosage is wrong.
You dont take 0.25mg of taurine in an energy dirnk because the dosage and delivery system is wrong...
ya, shin splints kill me now and taurine did sod all to help
yea same happens to me i just push through the pain but i get it in my lower back
OK.. just read (and thanks). Seems the science behind it is real sketchy at best, and in addition, even the anecdotal information is mixed as to the benefits for the OP's situation. And that, my man, seems to be the big problem with our multibillion dollar OTC Supplement industry.... a few testimonials, a few well placed marketing ads, and then it seems it's being touted all over the internet as a cure all. Did you see the dose rates? 3-5gms per day, 3 times per day? 15 grams??? Really?? It only took me a minute or two to find multiple testimonials saying it did nothing for them.
Basically any oral will give you shin splints/back pumps which can impacts one's ability to do cardio... Even the compounds that are considered 'mild' give me issues... (IE) T-bol or Anavar.
I found D-bol and D-drol to be the worst for this though...
Lots of taurine! lol

I noticed the same. A few weeks before my cycle I ran over 8 miles and was fine. 2 weeks of test/dbol and I couldn't even do a 5k! I was like wtf??? Legs on fire, it almost hurt more to walk than run after it kicked in. And WOW the lower back pain is a killer too.
If anyone else has tips on what we can do to help combat this please let us know. I have a big race coming up in August so I really need to get back to where I was fast! After that I think I will hold off on long distance running unless I know I will not be cycling.
How much is lots?
