    HGH Dilemma

Its really hard to get a good read on what is legit in regards to hgh these days. I've read suppliers posting that cap colors can be requested when they order from manufacturer and that some legit manufacturers have employees shipping counterfeit hgh out the "backdoor".

I am committed to hgh for life, along with TRT it has given me a better quality of life. As I consider which hgh to order I'm wondering if I should go with a mid priced product and just be prepared to do more iu's if it is on the weak side or go with the much higher priced product and assume that it's what they say it is and won't have to use more for same effect. Any opinions??

Bro', i haven't taken the GH plunge YET. But, GH is such a fragile molecule, that it could start out OK, say in powder form, but due to sensitivity to heat, whatever, it starts breaking down pretty quick, and by the time it arrives at your PO Box, could be ineffective. In liquid form, shaking also breaks down the molecule. And the cost is high. So I'm holding off until I figure this all out, validate my supplier, and it would be nice to verify the product. See, without verification with a new supplier, you could go several hundred dollars before you realize something isn't right.

I've been on HGH for a couple of years now. I've taken HGH from several different manufacturers. Some are better than other. I found a supplier that I like and have been using their stuff for over a year. It's not as potent as the name brand stuff but I just up my dose by an iu and everything seems to be fine. I'm happy with the results I'm getting and also the price I'm paying. I don't think I'm going back to the brand name unless something dramatic happens. As for the sensitivity of HGH to breaking down? Yes, it's sensitive but it isn't THAT sensitive. When in dry form it can be shipped anywhere and it's fine. It can also withstand a little more variation in temperature over the reconstituted HGH. Be careful about how you mix and store HGH but you don't have to stress over it.

Scotch curious how you decided that the off brand is less potent? did you have it tested? or just how your feeling at the same dose?

I used US name brand for 5 months at 4iu/ed. It was too expensive to take more everyday. Then I did a blood test. The IGF was high 300's. I went on chinese blue tops for 4 weeks and then took a blood test. IGF was mid 300's. I upped the dosage to 5iu/ed. I didn't take another blood test but I feel the same as the US brand stuff. I'll do a blood test later this summer.

Thank you SG, thats exactly what I was asking. I'm jumping in with greens and blues. I do bloodwork every 6 weeks for trt, I'm going to try blues for 6 weeks and test and then greens for 6 weeks and test. If I have to increase an iu it doesn't matter since they come from my guy so economical.

Just as an aside, the difference in those results falls within the margin of error for those types of tests. Not saying it means they weren't accurate, just that you could have tested the US name brand a month apart and achieved the same bloodwork results. I'm surprised you were only in the high 300s after 5 months though. Did you have a baseline prior to going on HGH for comparison?

dilemma is a part of life.
    life itself is a dilemma...

don't stress yourself too much, just try it and validate it with blood work.

Yes i second that as over the course of years at 2-3ius a day I have seen variations in IGF-1 levels from 250-350, depending on time of day of draw, time after my shot, if i was doing morning or evening or 50/50 injs. etc. My only comment on the Chinese vs. US brand is the sides seem stronger at lower doses, but no one had anything to say when i tried to survey this....

Probably because 95% of the HGH users on this board use non-US brands
