OTC supps for rapid water loss?

Alright, for all my knowledge when it comes to creating and implementing a balanced diet; I don't know much about manipulating water weight beyond the basics. I tend to retain almost none by holding the salt, doing cardio, using the sauna regularly, drinking 2 gallons of water daily, and avoiding processed starchy carbs. Beyond that, I know there's gotta be ways to cut water and fast.

    Here's my dilemma:
I went to the beach this weekend with some friends to let loose before this semester of grad school begins on Thursday. I ate, drank, and was merry for 3 days. A lot. It wasn't out of control, I fully intended on enjoying myself and accepted the standard 10 lbs. of water weight and moon face that comes with 3 days of fine dining and laziness.
So, I come back yesterday morning and receive a request to model for my friend's project. She's a graphic designer and many of the photos will be shirtless. Well, fvck. She wants to do it tomorrow evening and I owe her one.
In my experience, I find it takes 1-2 days for every "cheat day" to regain form. In the case of a 3-day weekend that was about 5k cals daily with plenty of salt and sugar, I was expecting about 5 days of clean diet/cardio to be fully fit again. I now have one. What can I do?!

I've started the day without any carbs, naturally, some egg whites and omega-3 eggs. I'm about to down 2 tablespoons of cider vinegar with a gallon of distilled water.

I once saw a thai boxer go sit in a hot car and put a garbage bag over the top half of his body, he then started making himself hyper-ventilate. He lost just enough water weight to compete in the class that he wanted.

Go out to the supp store and get some Dandelion root. It works pretty good as a diuretic. While your out stop at the grocery store and pick up a watermelon. Now slice the watermelon into wedges, cut out all the red tissue leaving the greenish rind, peel the rind and eat it. Save the red fruit to eat post workout later in the week. I promise eating watermelon rind will dry you out quick. It has pretty strong natural diuretic properties that work better than most drugs. Doing this while drinking a couple gallons of water will get you where you want to be or atleast it works wonders for me.

waterloading...not sure if you will have enough time for this technique, but ill spell it out anways for ya

your bodies tendency to hold water is based off a hormone that controls water retention...to shed excess water you need to deplete your body of this hormone

this is accomplished by water loading...the more water you take in, the more you can get it

    EG...when prepping for my show I waterloaded 1 week out from the show...6 days out-1.5gal/day, 5days out-2gal/day, 4days out-2.5gallons/day, 3days out-3gal/day, 2days out-4gal/day, 1 day out-STOP WATER INTAKE, day of show-shredded

in laymens terms your body is like 'WTF IS WITH ALL THIS WATER--GET RID OF IT NOW!!!!'...in doing so your body will adjust its water-retention hormone production down to zero...by stopping water intake all at once, your body will 'overshoot' itself and piss out everything leaving you nice n dry

hope it helps...srry if its too late

Thanks for the info. I'm doing everything in my power but I think this is gonna be impossible. If I had 2-3 days, it could be done but I can't see myself shedding 10 lbs. of water by this time tomorrow. I'll keep you guys posted though - it will be epic if it happens. Otherwise, I plan on faking a death in the family or something, lmao.

I use Dandelion Root. I take it with my E/C stack before I hit my Cardio and all day I am sweating like a pig. GL Bro!

So, I didn't get to where I wanted to be for the shoot but I did it anyway and I can't complain about dropping about 7 lbs. of water in just over a day (considering I didn't do anything extreme like garbage bag/sweat-suit saunas).

Still, this is a technique I'm very interested in as I'm about to start a cycle and I'd like to use it should something like this come up again and I'm carrying some extra water via the gear. How taxing is it on your body? Simply put, could this be done casually, say 4 days out from a shoot or should it be reserved for contests and trying to make weight class?

    Glad to hear it!

In terms of taxing, water shedding isnt the healthiest thing you can do to your body, also isnt the unhealthiest.

I wouldnt prescribe to this method for casual purposes, but for something like a photoshoot it can be purposeful. I dont think it something you would want to do 100 times a year, but if you have a photoshoot here and there why not. Lastly this method will PRODUCE the best results when carrying a minimal amount of bodyfat, so keep the diet in check also (sounds like you have it under control via your previous posts though )

thats my opinion and im stickin to it...BCD out

(im guessing)--but it sounds like the purpose of pizza is to fill you out

the morning of my show i had a buncha donuts & cookies...by the time prejudging rolled around i was filled out

of COURSE in between prejudging & night show I went out to eat and got a nice greasy burger and filled out even more--naturally i was conservative as it was my first show

next time i know to eat eat eat eat the day of
