many years ago I was big into it, much has changed since then. looks like you're putting an incredible system together. around 20 to 25 years ago I had a car with 4 Rockford 15's, a Punch 150 on each one, 2 Rockford 12's, with a Punch 75 on each one, Cerwin-Vega mids and Polk highs, with Alpine amps on each. by today's standards it's nothing, but back then it was quite a system. I could sit at a red light and make the rear-view mirror wobble on the car in front of me.

12" will give a harder hitting bass where the 15" and larger give the deeper sound but not the punch.

I still have my system set up in my 91 ******* that can intimidate most kids out there now days.

Considering your smart car is only 8' 8" that would be quite a task putting 12' (foot) woofers in it. LOL

I used to love car audio in my college days. The shit is so expensive though can't justify it now. You really can't do anything worth writing home about for under a grand unless you are doing something simple like two 12s in a box.
