    Gregg Valentino book

    Has anybody read Death, Drugs, and Muscle by Gregg Valentino?? Im thinking about reading it, what were your thoughts on it?

    To be honest, it was an interest book..

    I actually read it twice, i was locked in a tiny cell in Walton jail Liverpool. This was a number of years ago before our prison cells had toilets, tv, radios and news papers.. All i had was the Bible so i read it twice, took 8months....
