    Pinning Styles

Does anyone here who pins do the Z-Track method? I was just wondering if it really does make a difference as I have never done it that way. I always just jab and inject. I Never had any issues with leakage, but if there is a beneficial benefit to the other way, I'll consider it. Just throwing it out there to see what you pros do and think on this.

Z-track with air bubble technique to seal in the oil and to reduce injection pressure, hence reduce muscular injury.
