    Will having a daily steam and sauna help combat acne

    It will clear up your poors that is for sure, but will it combat acne i really don't think so, i have an infra red at home and some times i do get acne on my back and the infra red does not do nothing for that, acutane was amazing when i was younger it removed all my acne in the face and it never came back

    it dehydrates me and i think thats the opposite of what you want to clear up acne
