    Question Post Cycle Cardio...

Quick question. Am just finished a cycle during which I cut up rather nicely and have rediscovered my abs - lol!! Immediately post cycle, should I continue doing the cardio I did which helped me shift the fat or should I stop so I don't start eating up the muscle mass I've gained? (I run for 30 minutes each morning before breakfast)

My diet is pretty damn strict and I intend to increase protein post cycle and use clen and a good pct; but I just don't want to either risk losing muscle mass or risk covering it all up in fat before my natural test kicks in again..

    Cheers!

I wouldnt completley cut it out. Maybe just go for a run 3 days out of the week (MWF). Just monitor it. Start with the 3 days a week (check your BF before hand) and see how your body reacts. If you notice an increase in BF, then go ahead and go back to the ED running. If you notice yourself losing some of your cycle mass, drop the running down to maybe 2 days a week. Just keep your protein intake high.

Is this a serious question, or am I reading something wrong?

It looks like you're asking if it's okay for a fit (non-elderly) person with no adverse medical conditions, and sound dietary and training habits to run a mere 30-mins a day, without catabolizing muscle.

Come on, that's a no brainer!

Three days a week is required for mimimal health, with 5 days for ANY SEMBLANCE OF fitness results. Not only that, but 30-mins is virtually nothing in the scheme of calorie burning, barely approaches fat-burning, and couldn't possibly incite muscle catabolism unless a whole lot of other variables were in place like: zero carbs; a VLCD or Very Low Calorie Diet; T3 usage; excessive (both number of times a day and duration of cardio); etc.

Not ranting, just wanted to help you comprehend the scope of your question. Also not bashing you, as we're all at varying levels of bio/physio knowledge, I'm actually glad to see you erring on the side of caution.

In short, "yes" its more than safe for a fit person to run 30-mins a day w/o hindering musculature, and catabolism doesn't even enter the equation in this case...ENJOY!

    He was asking during pct.
I think it was a serious question myself. I have wondered how much cardio you should do during pct as I have had trouble . Even post cycle I seem to put on more fat, and I seem to be more in tune with my diet during pct and after. And I do alot of cardio, so is it catabolic?
