    creatine loading

    Those of you that have done this pre contest, does it help?

    i read pro's and con's about it. but not sure.

    i read that 4-6 weeks out dont use it but when your 3-5 days out load up on it and this should draw in water from the body to the muscle cells.

    thats the theory.

    any experiences???

    I generally do not recomend this, further i would preffer to load up with L-Glutamine or Glatamine peptide but Kre-Alkalyn Creatine such as Purple-K would work and could be used. For even better results combine the two compounds....XXL

    yes i have, it is alcohol sugar and sepouse to work like a mild plasma expender, drawing water away from SQ (skin) into vascular system, to my expiriance it did not work work very well and it tastes really bad way too sweet when you have no more water to drink...XXL
