Hi guys. I was wondering if some of you guys can give me some advise. I am 33y.o. ,6'2", and 250lbs. I am looking to loose some weight. I have been working out for about 12yrs naturally. I have been very good with my diet. The truth is that I am pretty nervous about taking something. I have been reading info on var and winny and i don't which is right one to take. Guys at the gym say I should take the winny and not to waste my money on var. However, I see that it is less toxic. Please help. Thanks.
