Hey everyone, I've been lifting naturally for 4 years and started out at 135 lbs(pretty skinny genetics) and I think that some awesome gains have been made. Im at like 9% bf right now, 5'11 and 175lbs. Ive been doing a 5x5 training program for some strength gains and its working great(wish i wouldve done this earlier). Anyways I did have some bloodwork done about 8 months ago and everything was fine. My diets really good right now, im eating mostly clean so i dont gain too much fat(4000 cals a day, 210g protein)
Ive been doing a lot of research and Im not really interested in doing a full blown cycle or anything but have come across some stuff about Dbol (Methandienone) and have read some mostly good things about it. Also, Arnold used to run 10-20 mg a day and never come off. I want to run a Dbol only cycle ED for 7 weeks. Im planning on doing 10mg in the morning and then milk thistle and alpha lipoic acid at night for liver support. Ive read that a low dose in the morning is good because your bodys natural test levels will go back by the end of the day and when you sleep. Ive also read that guys dont get shutdown from this. I plan on having Clomid/Nolva on hand as well. Has anyone done a cycle similar to this before? What did you gain? I know people get a lot of water from this but it shouldnt be too bad with this low dose. Will the half life(4 hrs) be problem? Should i take it twice a day? Thanks
