currently running 150mgs prop 3x wk,eq 200 mgs 3x wk and 80 mgs anavar ed
been running this since june 16th and 3 days ago my lower back feels so pumped during training that i can barely train,also my muscles overall feel so hard and pumped that it almost hurts to train,what should i back off of,or do i just need to suck it up to get used to it? This is my first stack so im very confused. Im friggin huge right now 6'2" 285 pounds and im prob the biggest guy at my gym but i dont know what i should do about this? help guys![]()
