    Guidance req'd for speedy workout rate of increase?

    Hi, I am on M1T & AD pills & working out 2 or sometimes even 3 to the fullest or maximum I can do at the time. I am focusing on side chest & my legs and a little bit of full chest workout. The thing is I would like to increase the rate of muscle build up since there has been change in the body. But how to further increase the rate of muscle build up?
    By mix & matching schemes
    By taking more pills per day
    Or something else.
    The situation is I want my side chest muscles to develop faster than the current rate & the problem is the gym near me has limited weights for side chest & I have already used up the max on that machine (pull downs). The other guy suggestes I use the same machine but do pull downs from a different angle. But I want something even faster ?

    5 feet 8 inches
    70 kilos or 150 pds
    33 waist
    high metebolism rate - thats what the trainer told me 6 months back nurn cal real fast need to slow down the burning process

    5'8", 150lbs and 33" waist doesn't sound good, something is wrong.

    What muscle are you concerned with, the pectoral or the lats

    Sorry for late reply...

    Acutally my weight in Kilos is 70 kg, measurements are messud due to US vs UK stats, the muscles that I am concerned with at the moment are side chest wings or just above Latissimus dorsi or just above Lat dorsi? And also if achellios tendon can be increase dramatically?

    Here is the chart where yellow are the muscles I would like developed?

    there are a lot of good movements for your lats, you can do bent over rows, dumbbell pulls, pull ups, etc.
    as for increasing your achilles tendon, you lost me there.
