Hi, I am on M1T & AD pills & working out 2 or sometimes even 3 to the fullest or maximum I can do at the time. I am focusing on side chest & my legs and a little bit of full chest workout. The thing is I would like to increase the rate of muscle build up since there has been change in the body. But how to further increase the rate of muscle build up?
By mix & matching schemes
By taking more pills per day
Or something else.
The situation is I want my side chest muscles to develop faster than the current rate & the problem is the gym near me has limited weights for side chest & I have already used up the max on that machine (pull downs). The other guy suggestes I use the same machine but do pull downs from a different angle. But I want something even faster ?
