Well I have a new fvck buddy from the gym, but my dilemma is she likes to meet up directly before the gym and hit it in cars before walking in...
Now, I always heard that jerking off and whatnot was bad before working out, when I was in my younger days without diet, I noticed the strength decline, however yesterday I still squatted like a beast and didn't see anything bad come from it...
So was that all just a myth, or should I convince her to wait til after gym?
