    My first cycle trying to cut fat, opinions and any suggestions please!

    Never ran anything before. Do know a substantial amount about juice but some extra help from anyone is always good. Stats: 23 years old, 6 ft, 236 lb's ...do have good amount of body fat, but ALL in the gut. Did wrestling last 5 years at 215 lb's.. run at least 30 minutes a day 5 days a week so i decided to try a lean and cutting cycle to help get rid of the fat. Trying a new diet as well...so here is what I'm running.

    Weeks
    1 - 14 /400mg EQ
    1 - 14 /500 mg Test ENTH
    1 - 6 /50mg tabs whinny

    ANY suggestions would be awesome, thanks

    6ft 236 at %15?..doubtful...... that's pretty damn big as it is.

    cutting is diet, cardio, training, mindset.

    pretty easy.

    Diet starts at 6am with my multi vit. milk thistle...5 egg whites with a can of dry tuna. protien shake at 9 am..6 oz of complex carbs and lean protien. 3pm protien shake. 6pm another 6 oz of lean protien and complex carbs. 9 pm protien shake usually in bed by 11 pm. I do eat a good amount of fruit and veggies through the day. Do note this this diet started 7 days ago and has been workin out fine for me.007 will be posting picture ASAP, there may be a miscalculation in my bf%, sorry i am new to this measuring and calculating of the %.

    Well first thing I notice is the shakes. You are relying too much on shakes and not enough solid food. The diet just started so I'm sure it's hard to gauge if what your doing is working yet, but I'd say limit your shakes to 2 per day. Are you drinking them with water or milk?

    In the meantime, review the educational threads they have here. IMO you aren't steroid ready just yet and the proposed cycle you had is not suitable for first timers.

    Yea the diet is in the works still. My cardio is fine, but for some jerked off reason i have never been able to lose the gut! I will deff take your advice on the 2 shakes aday. I drink ISOPURE protien a scoop with water. Also my water intake is at a gollon a day at the minimum. Also as i am putting the cycle together to start in 2 weeks... to get back in shape for the upcoming season. i want to start this cycle in 2 weeks at 215. As a wrestler cutting weight like this is no problem for me.

    It sounds like u have goog goals and have done a little bit of research which is more than some. Trust me when I say DIET is very very important! If u don't get that right then no amount of steriods will work for you. So post ur diet in the diet forum with ur goals and they will help you adjust it to where u need to be. Hav u figured out ur bf%?

    Yea i figured it was to good to be true. Thanks ALOT to the both of you. Im going to be hitting the running game and diet game harder then ever! Ill be posting a new picture up next sunday the 1st to show you the progress i have made! thanks

    you should post your diet in the diet section and let the guys tweak it for you, definitely keep us posted
