Never ran anything before. Do know a substantial amount about juice but some extra help from anyone is always good. Stats: 23 years old, 6 ft, 236 lb's ...do have good amount of body fat, but ALL in the gut. Did wrestling last 5 years at 215 lb's.. run at least 30 minutes a day 5 days a week so i decided to try a lean and cutting cycle to help get rid of the fat. Trying a new diet as well...so here is what I'm running.
