Work on your diet first. You still have room to throw on some natural weight. List your diet in the nutrition section so we can tweak things out.

Interesting, so in your public profile, in the bit where it say's "About me" you put:

    Cycle Experience Test: 250mg 2x/wk 1-10, Dianabol 30mg/day 1-4 Arimidex .25mg e/od 3-10, pregnyl 250iu e/3d nolvadex: days 1-11 20mg, days 12-21 10mg 13-15, clomid: days 1-11 100mg, days 12-21 50mg 13-15

So i take it this was you just lying???

10% BF and over weight? A lot of those BMI calculators are BS. Again, address your diet.

    Good catch 007.

that is exactly what this post is about, that cycle^^.. i save it in cycle experience because how else will i remember all of that without writing it down somewhere? ive been on this site for a couple of years now and have accumulated that cycle slowly and as i was accumulating it i would save it in "cycle experience".... so i wouldnt say it was a lie, i was just putting it there so i would remember it.....

my point is that i am "obese" but i am solid muscle... that was my point... my diet is great, 5000 calories, 5 meals a day, 1.5grams of protein per lb of body weight.. it doesnt get much better

I thought your first post it said 163lbs or something. Did you just edit it to 170lbs?

Anyways, If you were on a solid diet, you'd be a bit heavier, and closer to your natural genetic potential. Steroids should only be administered when you've done all you can in terms of training (consistently) diet variations ect ect.

What are your goals with this cycle?

lol i know the whole deal, ive been on this site since i was 19, i read everything about how you have to reach your "genetic potential". i feel that i have and i feel that 170lbs at 5'7" is a superb achievement.. if i told you that i have 3 amateur state wide nautral championships would that convince you that i have reached some sort of magical natural potential?.. and yes, i edited it it said i was 1687lb, it was obviously a typo....

there aint no1 natural who is 5'7', 170lb and 10% bf. no one. ive been to 2 different gold's gym, a world's gym, and a retro fitness. no one.

You seem like you know it all. That's good for you I guess. Go about your plan bro, it's your body, not mine.

I train at Metroflex in Arlington. I see Branch and Johnnie on a day to day basis. I see kids in there at your height that are natural pushing 190-200lbs with solid conditioning. So to say something absurd as "no one is 170lbs at 5'7 naturally" is pure stubbornness. 1 of my 4 training partners is 5'6 and 185lbs... NATURAL.

Get off your high horse thinking steroids are the only way out. And for the record, I've been to more Goldy's gyms than you have, considering I grew up in near Venice.

Good luck with whatever you do bro.

i really dont know why people cant stop worryin about weight... just help me with the cycle wtf man... ill just repost in a week or so and put my weight at 600 lb, and 2% BF and people will say "aw man, you need to work on your diet, you still have room for natural potential, you havent reached your magical natural limit yet"

i could see if i put that i was 5'7' and 150.. but man, 150 is average, and i weight 170, 20lb of solid mucle, i bench 345 and i only weight 150, thats OVER TWICE MY BODY WEIGHT! wtf man....

How does this have any correlation with this thread dude.. lol you are hilarious.

    I'm 5'11 220lbs 8-9% BF. I don't do 1RM in any exercise. I see no purpose in doing so.

Example of what I rep (no gear, all raw)
    Bench 295lbs for 10 reps.
    Squat 365lbs for 10 reps.
    DL 500lbs for 2 reps.

I feel like I'm lowering myself to your stubbornness for even answering your questions.

I've tried to help you in the past, but your immaturity and attitude shows in these posts, you need to get that in check if you want help here.

Why dont you guys just answer his question? You guys are saying you dont care, and that its his body. Well if you dont care, then why do you keep pestering him and try to talk to him out of his cycle? Hes obviously put a lot of thought into it planning it, and not just some kid mucking around. This a forum for questions and answers. He shouldnt have to "prove" his readiness before he receives any answers. He's a grown adult and obviously has come to the decision himself that he's ready. It shouldn't be that hard to just answer his question.

My knowledge of anabolics is inadequate. I just feel bad for the guy. Dont you think it's a lot easier to just spend 1 post answering the question, then say writing 6 different posts just to see if he's worthy of receiving an asnwer?

we often ask questions for a reason, and I was pretty sure we answered his questions months ago. we advise test only for a first cycle, he did not like the advice. in any event he states he has been researching for 2 years, so he should know the answer by now.
many guys think they have reached their potential and steroids are the only answer, we like to make sure there is not room for further growth before using steroids.

no it's not about flaming, but this site is very different than all the other boards I've been on. many sites recommend steroids regardless of age, height, weight, etc. we feel that is irresponsible, and we try to advise in the safest manner possible. we are certainly not anti-steroid, but we do feel that steroids should be used once someone above the proper age has reached a plateau with proper diet and training. you won't like the advice your thread yields, but it is in your best interest.
