    log of my anavar/T3/proviron cycle (first time)

    hey guys, im going to be logging my recently started (im on day 2 now) cycle of anavar/proviron/t3. i have been training since 17 but seriously for almost 4, i have been lean bulking up since the fall up until now and have made some solid gains, i am sitting around %12-13 bodyfat MAX right now. my height/weight may be decieving of my actual appearance, i have a very small/light bone structure, i have friends that ar 6'2 and 220+ and are not any more muscular than i am (not e-bragging, just wanted to clarify)

    Goal of cycle: maintain strength/muscle mass while hopefully getting sub %10 bodyfat, going as hard as can to see how lean i can get. i have tried cutting in the past, even doing everythinggg right, my body would hold on to fat like nothing else (genetics for ya) fed up with the frustration over months of cutting with very un-satisfying results so i have decided to do a cycle.

    stats:
    age:21
    height: 6'2 last time i measured haha
    weight: 195
    cycle experience: my first!

    cycle:
    length: 6 weeks
    anavar: 50mg ed, split into a 6:00 am and 2:00pm dose
    proviron: 90mg ed, split into a morning/afternoon/evening dose
    t3: 50mcg ed, taken at same times as anavar

    support supps:
    Liv52
    NAC
    ample b-complex and water to help prevent any cramping/excessive pumps. have taurine on hand as well if i should need it. also my usual multi, vit-c, fish oils, cal-mag, zinc

    PCT:
    with the low dose of var and proviron usage i do not for see PCT being any problem at all, i have nolva on hand which i will run for 20mg ed for 2weeks or more as needed.

    Diet:
    i am very confidnet in my diet, has taken me thus far im not going into specific timings/meals but my staple foods are eggs(whole and whites), chicken breast, raw milk, oats, assorted veggies, whey. thats basically it, i prefer to eat very basic simple foods. however i am living at home right now for summer break so i regularly will sub out a serving of oats for a muffin or something my mom prepares. i have been loging calories for years so approxiamting amounts and keeping track is like second nature to me. carbs will only be eaten pre-workout and maybe one or two very carb light meals post-workout.

    **since i am running t3 as well, i am keeping protein extra high as a precaution. will be hitting a minimum of 250g a day**


    Final Notes: please dont start flaming me about my age guys, i have done plenty of research, weighed out my pros and cons, accepted the potential risks, and im allready started. i made this log in hopes to recieve input and give others an idea of the cycle and its effects when i am complete.

    also forgot to mention that the reason i am taking the t3 is because i have a rather sluggish metabolism naturally. at my height weight i make gains (with some fat) at like 3000 cals a day. and thats also considering an active lifestyle, walking around campus all day and working out HARD 4-5 days a week. wanted a little boost during this cutting cycle, at a low dose with some type of AAS i think it should really help. and from everything i have researched, thyroid recovery will not be a problem, and a 4-6 week low dose cycle is peanuts compared to what many people run and still recover fine.

    any input/criticism/bashing/help is appreciated haha

    Too young, Cycle is no good and your in the wrong section to be posting your log.

    For a guy who has done as much research as you claim, you think you would know about age, good cycle and where the members results section is

    Furthermore, both Oxandrolone and Mesterolone (when not used in conjunction with Test) will most certainly suppress endogenous Testosterone at those dosages. Thus, PCT is needed once the cycle is finished, and not just Tamoxifen at such low doses.

    If your going to cycle at your age, do it properly. And thoroughly understand how these compounds work.

    and as far as "the cycle being wrong". i know anavar only cycles are generally hated upon around here, but there have been numerous folks on here and other boards who have been very pleased with them. BJJ did a veryy similar cycle minus the t3 and he liked it quite a bit too if i recall correctly, and a few days ago another guy had his anavar only log up and he had similar thoughts. i know its expensive and not going to give crazy gains, but i dont want to do a full fledged 8-12 week pinning cycle, people have told me its important to respect that it is a steroid and there are risks...but that considered, var is pretty dam tame and you'll be fine. and as far as PCT the only reason i had it dosed at 20mg of nolva was that a pretty dam steroid savvy person i know in real life, said that for what i was running that dosage would be fine, maybe have it bump up for the first week if need be, he has led me straight with other things so i trust his info, but if you guys think that wont be enough i'll pick up some torem.

    I too have done Anavar only and think its fine if it meets you goals.

    You need to accept that fact that you are too young. I don't understand this huge lack of patience with people. When I was your age, which was only 5 almost 6 years ago, I was never as jumping as you and many other users on the board. The rewards simply do not out weigh the risks.

    Well, do not mentioning that you should not cycle at your age, I suggest you to get rid of T3 otherwise you will probably go catabolic with that sort of protein intake and in general considering the diet you plan to use.

    Furthermore, either oxandrolone and mesterolone's quantities are too less, especially because running a 6 weeks cycle, IMHO.

    Not to mention the PCT, which you seem to take with levity.

    Remember blood work!!!
