Thats what I figured. I was just hoping I was misreading it, especially at his BF%

I think he means he wants to run a cycle in his current condition, then cut.

Winstrol can wreck havoc on your joints.

Also, you need to be on a great diet for much longer than a month before starting any AAS. You need to find out your accurate BF too, it is important. If it is close to 20%, I cant think of any good diet that will drop you down that low in that short of time.

ok....thanks for the info....the pool and the pavement will drop the bf....it was just a guess anyway...been lazy with the injury and been eating grandmas home cooking too much...what do i need to get down to 10 percent or less? also was planning on modeling the bulking diet in the nutrition section...i should be using that diet after i get the bf down right? or with good cardio go ahead and get acustomed to it? sorry for the a$$ load of questions...thanks for the advice

You should start on a good cutting diet first, get your BF down, then, if your goal is to bulk up with lean muscle, you would then go to a bulking diet to add clean mass to your body.

The link in my signature labeled "Get your diet in check" will take you to our diet section. You will want to start by reading the stickies on the page. They will get you started in the right direction.
