So im doing arms today everythings going well until im doing barbell curls. Im trying to squeeze out as many reps as possible but on my last rep i feel a pop in the back of my head. I had to drop the bar because the pain was immense and for a few minuets i feel dizzy and sick..
I called it a day there and went home, now several hours later ive still got these pains in the back of my head.. Any one had this???? Or know wtf's going on???
